Introduction
WQ-A three use valves test stand for testing the quality norms for three use valves of the manufacturers and maintenance units and can be used as a pumping station to serve the high-pressure hydraulic prop filled. Test stand uses 3-5% emulsion as the working medium, the main performance parameters to fully meet mine hydraulic products and hydraulic components of the test requirements.
Three use valve test stand is composed by the hydraulic system, emulsion system, electrical system. emulsion system's role is to inject high pressure liquid to three use valves , to complete the the test of three use valves ; hydraulic system's role is to provide power to boost cylinder ; electrical system is responsible for pressurized cylinder commutation control and launch control individual motors.

Main characteristic：
In high pressure fast, medium displacement of 1.2 liters each, the maximum working pressure of 100PMpa, can meet a variety of hydraulic components of performance tuning, but also with other auxiliary equipment for performance testing. As part of the high-pressure sealing device with a soft, even under high pressure long dwell time no leakage, low pressure protection valve partially filled with low tables, the valve with self-locking self-styled structure, it is not closed in the case of low tables, working pressure 80 ~ 100Mpa, it will not damage the low tables.
